Selection procedure

Selection Dates

The selection process takes place typically  in March-April  for the January 1st -March 15 application period and in July for the May 1st -June 15 application period

The selectd applicants are divided  into a main list and a reserve list. Applicants on the main list will be eligible for the  EMJM, NDICI scholarships or other scholarships provided by the consortium.

If applicants are removed from the main list, the best placed applicants on the reserve list, taking into account gender balance and type of scholarship, will be added to the main list and notified immediately.

Applicants on the reserve list can be admitted to the programme as self-funded students.

In order to ensure gender balance, measures are taken in such a way that at least 30% of the selected applicants on the main list are of each gender.

The ranking will take into account the student's academic record, the relevance of the B.Sc. subject to the MATHS-DISC curriculum, the quality of the home institution, the English language level, the statement of purpose and other aspects of the CV (work experience, professional qualifications, languages, etc.).

Candidates whose applications have been rejected have the right to appeal
